- Identification data: full name, date of birth, CURP (Mexican population registry code), photograph.

- Family member or guardian data: name, relationship, phone number and email.
- Health data (sensitive data): medical history, diagnoses, medications, allergies and conditions of the resident or prospective resident.
Health data is considered sensitive personal data under the LFPDPPP. Its processing requires your express consent, which will be obtained by signature in the admission file or through the forms provided for that purpose.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service):
- Evaluating and handling admission requests to the senior residence.
- Providing medical care, nursing and personalized care to the resident.
- Communicating with you as a family member or legal guardian of the resident.
- Complying with applicable legal and health obligations.
Secondary purposes (you may object at any time):
- Sending you information about our services, activities and news.
- Conducting satisfaction surveys to improve the quality of care.
If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may let us know by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Objection to secondary purposes".
4. ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, send your request to [email protected] including:
- Your full name and contact details.
- Documents proving your identity or legal representation.
- A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data it refers to.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt.
5. Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the cases provided for in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, which include legal, health or public safety obligations.
6. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
