These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website villaslegado.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by Villas Legado Juan Pablo II Senior Living (hereinafter, "Villas Legado", "we" or the "Owner"), a senior care residence located in Aguascalientes, Mexico. By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you state that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Purpose and nature of the Site

The Site has an informational and contact purpose. Through it we present our elder care services, facilities and contact details, and provide forms for requesting information or scheduling a visit.

The information published on the Site does not constitute a binding offer and does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship regarding the provision of services. Residential or day-care services are contracted separately through the corresponding service agreement signed by the parties.

2. Site information is not medical advice

The Site's content, including blog articles, guides and recommendations, is general and for guidance only. It does not replace the evaluation, diagnosis or treatment of a health professional. For any decision related to an older adult's health, always consult their treating physician. Villas Legado is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the Site's content.

3. Terms of use

• Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information when completing any form.
• Not engage in activities that damage, overload, disable or impair the Site or prevent its normal use by others.

• Not attempt to access restricted areas, data or accounts that do not belong to you.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, design, source code and other content, are the property of Villas Legado or are used with the authorization of their owners, and are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site's content is prohibited without the Owner's prior written authorization, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Testimonials and reviews

The testimonials and reviews shown on the Site are genuine opinions from family members and users, in some cases taken from third-party platforms such as Google. They reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee specific results for other people. Some names may be shown in abbreviated form to protect residents' privacy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
